Pattern of Complaints
This business has a pattern of complaints concerning their websites, www.change-of-address-online.com, and www.application-filing-service.com. Complaints state that consumers believed the websites were affiliated with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and/or Social Security Administration (SSA) based on the website design and services offered.
Consumers report that they were not aware the business was a third party agent until after the transaction was complete, and they had been charged $20 for address change services, and/or $39 for social security card services. These services are offered for free via the USPS and SSA.
Both websites contain a disclaimer that the business is a third party agent, and charges a fee for services that can be obtained for free through the applicable government agencies.
On November 20, 2018 BBB requested to meet with the business to discuss the pattern of complaints, and is currently awaiting a response.

BBB of Spokane, WA has confirmed that USA Filing Services LLC dba Application Filing Service is not related to Northwest Registered Agent, LLC.
