    I received an email about filing for our biannual statement of interest from the "US FIling Services." I assumed it was a reminder from the government. I clicked on the link and filled out all of our information and paid their $174 fee. That seemed high to me, then I went to check the fee for filing a statement of interest with California. It is only $20!!! I noticed that with my confirmation number there was a statement saying "You may be eligible for a partial refund. Please reach out to support for further assistance. Use the chat button to leave a message and our team will reach out by the next business day." I have tried to use their chat service and I have emailed them to no avail. I think these people are as bad as those scammers in India robbing old ladies! Please help me obtain my refund!

    I received an email from US Filing Services about filing a Statement of Information for my business in the state of **********. I went through the process of filing the statement via their site as I was knew this was due and had gotten emails from the state of ********** recently. US Filing Services charged me $174, even though I can file directly with the state for $20. They are taking advantage of busy business owners who are not paying close attention.

    My wife ****** ** ********* was deceived into thinking this was a government website, **************** She was requesting a Social Security card, and on the website it said there was a five dollar application fee. After filling in all of the information, including her credit card, ending in 4283, she was charged $39. There was a button to click if you wanted a refund, which she did, and she never received confirmation or any email concerning the order or cancellation. Within minutes the charge showed up on the credit card account. She called in to cancel the credit card; However, the charge still went through. She sent numerous emails, which remain unanswered, she made numerous phone calls, which referred her back the website explaining to email questions. Also, the live chat link on the website doesn’t work. The phone number ###-###-#### is coming up from *********** **. The credit card company gave me a phone number ###-###-#### which is coming up from ******* **. When calling that number it said the user at that extension is not available please leave a message, then it said user’s mailbox is full. Listed is their refund policy on their website: Refund Policy: 30 day satisfaction guaranteed.
