    A door-to-door salesman sold me magazine subscriptions for the company Determined Sales. I surprised him by stating that I would like to receive the magazines, which should have been my first clue. He provided a receipt with email address to contact if I had questions.
    The subscription was purchased on 9/30/2023. It has been almost 90 days with no magazines, no communication, or follow up to my email. I'm assuming they just took my money.
    Will be happy to update this if I actually receive them.
    Next door-to-door salesperson I get, I'm looking up BBB first!

    I paid a door-to-door magazine salesman for a recent sale and then changed my mind and asked for a refund during the 3 day cancellation window. I have sent several emails to request this which have gone unanswered, and the phone number listed on the receipt I was given was invalid. I have attached proof of the Venmo payment and the receipt details.

    Business owner Sieairra W******* agreed to provide a refund (via money order) for products not received, 22-Dec-2022 - the business package magazines. Please see receipts and correspondence. My address for the money order was provided via email, as well as the receipt she should have, and attached in the first BBB complaint. I have followed up numerous time on status of refund, no response to date.

    I purchased 3 magazines from a door to door sales person (May 2021). The amount was $336. I contacted them after 3 months because I had not received the magazines. They said they would process within 60 days. I still did not receive them. I have emailed them 3 times since with no response.
    This company is a complete scam!
