    The date of this transaction is 9/16/24 in the amount of $23.84. I had a package that had to be shipped to my brother in ********** ***. from the *** Store on **** ******** ****** *********** *** *****. They promised delivery on the Wednesday the 18th of September. My brother waited by the door all day and then he caled me to try to track the package. It arrived at the Penscola hub in great shape. From there, before leaving for delivery, the box was damaged. I double checked because I didn't hear from anyone connected to *** (***********) or the store and to this day I havent heard anything from them. I found out they threw the box in the trash. Still no notifications to this day. I called the store and they told me they couldn't handle it there and gave me an 800# to call and it was *** in ******* and they said I had to have the store do it because they couldn't handle it there. This went back and forth so many times I have lost count. The last call to Corp. I was on the phone for 35 minutes being tosed sround from one to the other. Finally on of them told they were transferring me to the one who could take care of my problem. I was on hold for 25 minutes until someone hung up on me.
    Now this whole thing has been very stressful to me. You see I have Parkinson's, I am undergoung treatments for cancer and now my Kidneys are about shot. So I am one great big stressed out about ready to explode from the treatment I am still to this day receiving !!!

    This company is also doing business as (Alternate Business Name) *** *** ***** # **** at **** ******** ***, *********** ****** **, (**** ******** . On 10/25/2024 at 6:30 p.m. I had a family member take my *** package to them to be shipped out OVER NIGHT. It had Perishable food inside on dry ice. The black male *** clerk stated it would be $800 to Ship the Box that was 24 pounds and dimensions 24x16x12. This did not sound right. So while on the phone with my family member L****** T*******. I purchased a *** shipping label online and emailed it to him while he was in that *** Store. This store printed out the label and it was put on the package at this location; *** *** ***** # **** at **** ******** ***, *********** ****** **, (**** ********. When I looked up the shipping *** tracking online later for our tracking number ******************. The package information showed it at *** Customer Center ***** ***** ***** ************ ****, ***** . That location was 12 miles from *** *** ***** at **** ******** ***, C********** ** ***** .We have never been to that location and our package was never shipped out . I called the store the next day 10/26/2024 at 12:10 p.m. *** Store **** ******** ***. The same black male answered the phone. I asked if my overnight package was still at his location. He stated it was. I asked when was it going to be shipped out? He stated at 7:00 p.m today 10/26/2024. from his store. I asked him his name and the phone went silent. The package was never shipped out. That store misappropriated my package and some how manipulated the *** system to show the package was dropped off at *** Customer Center *********** ** at ***** ***** **** ***** ************ and not at his *** Store. This store is committing fraud by lying about the true cost to purchase a *** Shipping label and manipulating the *** system by falsifying information. They are suppose to be a Authorized *** store. Dont know where package is at. Food spoiled.
