      Opening back up an earlier complaint …
      I consistently get offers to take your surveys for money , complete them and get and ‘error ‘and no compensation. I get the attached where it says you’ve ‘captured my ID’…previously you wrote you don’t have any ID info. How are these errors happening , and what does it mean that ‘my ID has been captured’?

      We have identified the error that **** is receiving is from an external vendor's site. We have made contact with **** via email/phone to help resolve this issue. In addition, we will be following up with the vendor directly in hopes of having this issue resolved in a timely manner. Please reach out to us should you have any questions.
