    ????BUYERS BEWARE???? They are awful. This is a scam from the start. I Paid for my renewal 90$ and added my care giver @ 50$ more total amount 140$. Mmj board never received any recommendation from the Dr/company and had to pay for another recommendation. I was lucky enough to win my dispute with my CC company for the simple fact they never acknowledged my CC company when they try to contact them and never returned calls to them either. So I guess they have a history of this the way they treat their patients. if you have paid them for services and you did not receive them dispute it. You could possibly get your $ back also. Ripping off Patience is not a compassionate move at all. This is truly a very sad way for them to make money that must mean as a doctor in *****, Arizona he must really **** as An anesthesiologist and has to make his living running a SCAM along ALEX and ***** also, he’s the doctor right hand man for the scams he and the Dr. are ripping patient off. If you get Alex to answer the phone before you make the payment.But look out after you pay them because you won’t get an answer or a response from Alex in the office. I reported to board.

    If I could give 0 stars I would! These people have ALL my personal information social security award letter, medical records, picture ID. They NEVER called me or my mother we both applied they said their video chat waiting room was down and the Dr would call but NEVER did. Now I'm terrified that my personal information is out there for not only me but my elderly mother. This company needs shut down this is a scam and fraudulent company!!!

    Scamming liars. Had a 10 oclock appointment and waited over 3 hours to hear from a dr. Their customer support is NON EXISTENT. If you call during buisness hrs they will tell you theyre closed. Worst company to get a card through.

    I had no problems I had my appointment with the doctor I paid my fee, my license and my thing to the state were there before I even knew it the same day. I can't review these people enough. I've used them for multiple years and will continue to do so. Keep up the good business, guys. One bad apple don't make the whole world up.

    This website is the absolute worst when getting your medical marijuana card. I received my card last year after waiting in the virtual room for over a half an hour. This year, when I went to renew the doctor I had was no longer there and I had a zoom appointment with Mostafa M***. The appointment lasted maybe 30 seconds, I saw the top of his head and there was a baby crying in the background. I didn’t receive an email to pay for my renewal and was told I would receive this within 48 hours. I emailed every email I could find on the website and I also sent a message to the chat feature twice and I never received a response from anyone. I finally found the email for the doctor I spoke with last year and was able to locate where he practices now. This website is either a scam or just has a really irresponsible people working it. I would not suggest going through here. There are other places that offer the same amount for medical card. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.
