    I checked into this hotel the 18th at 3:30 AM. I walked into my room and there was a tub full of dirty mop water. I said something to the guy at the front and he apologized and asked me to clean it out which I did not. I asked him to send housekeeping. He said they didn’t have one. I was there for two days without the tub and cleaned out so I could not shower. Had to run home and shower every time then I started seeing roaches, and I filed a complaint with the same man. He then came to my room because I said the truth is he wasn’t working helped me with the Jacuzzi and then offered me to stay until Tuesday so I called my job and I told him I’m gonna stay there until Tuesday. I won’t be back until Tuesday afternoon. Today is Monday when I got up and went and got food and my card wouldn’t work. I went back to the front and they kicked me out stating that the man said he never gave me until Tuesday the senator the owner was very very belligerent towards me and the thing that kills me the most was I go there all the time and I’ve never had an issue, but this time it was filthy on the Jacuzzi the vent is completely bank . Where is there water gets in there it will start a fire. There are roaches crawling around the hotel it is disgusting. I’ve never stay there gonna be like that.

    The room was not clean. The sheets were dirty. The staff on duty took pictures. There were bugs they said were nats but they were way bigger. I wanted to leave and get a refund and was told I had to speak to a manager. The manager would not be produced. I have tried to reach the manager and this person is never available.
