    I've recently tried to get service from Bolt Moving company on scheduled date of June 8th between 8-9 am in ******* *******. The person I was dealing with (may be Bolt) kept confirming me we are on track with the date & schedule until Wednesday(June 5th). However night before on June 7th, he mentioned he is out of town in **** & might come on June 8th 12 pm - 1 pm. He missed to set it up on calendar my details. I had cleaners appointment as well as need to handover my keys to Apartment community & could not afford to wait so late than my confirmed timeline between 8-9 am. On June8th when I tried contacting him in morning hours, I did not get any response, I could not wait forever & decided to send a Cancellation request.
    Driver/Bolt threatened me to pay half the price OR deal with a small civil case in the court. This is completely unacceptable behaviour, its your mistake to miss my appointment while I had planned so many things on June 8th. I had to go through so much pain & hassle of arranging alternate movers & ended up paying more charges than I've planned. Very rude and unprofessional experience.

    Hired Bolt to move me 7/31/22. They quoted me at $300 for two men. They did not call to confirm their ETA and showed up 30 minutes sooner than expected. They showed up with 3 men - which was not discussed. They then tried to charge me $345 for more labor. They were extremely unprofessional and smelled of marajuana. They were reckless with my items - broke a lamp and damaged 3 of my dining chairs. Didn’t even offer to address proper compensation and only took $50 off my total that was already hiked up higher than expected. See photos for damage. On top of that 2 of the 3 men got in an argument and were screaming at each other in the driveway of my new home. Ridiculous! And to top it all off, my work phone, an iPhone 11, which was packed in a box is MISSING. This company is fraudulent, unprofessional, disrespectful and embarrassing. I need to be compensated fully for the damages, missing phone and pure stress and discomfort Bolt moving caused during an already stressful time. DO NOT hire, this company should be shut down.
