    You Move Me was supposed to pack and move. I set it up in advance. When the movers showed up they had no idea they had to pack my belongings as well. They moved the large items and had to reschedule to come back to pack up everything and move the boxes items. They tried to charge me again for a truck and insurance fee. I called the office prior to the second return and they still had the information incorrect and had no work order to bring boxes and pack. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. When they did come they left a whole linen closet and kitchen cabinets in the old house that I was unaware of. This company has horrible communication and organization skills. They damaged a dresser and piece of home theater equipment. One of the movers also attempted to try and find out if I had a husband/boyfriend by asking me if my boyfriend was going to help me unpack. Everyone should be warned about their Cincinnati branch. They also pressured me to give a good review right then and there before they left and watched over my should so I felt pressured.
