  I didnt receive a confirmation call prior to the scheduled appointment. Keep in mind I scheduled this over a month in advance. I called them the day before to confirm that it was still scheduled which the receptionist said it was. The day of the move the movers came and said they would need another person so it would be faster and it would be 15 min. I said it was fine, they left and I didnt hear anything for 2.5 hours. I called the receptionist and they stated that they should have been there by now and she would call to see what was going on and get back with me. I asked if I could receive some sort of compensation/ discount for the wait and she said she would check with the owner. She didnt call back after a hour and a half and I called again. They said they werent able to reach the movers but were still trying and the owner wasnt offering a discount. No remorse at all. After an hour with no update I called again and they werent answering and didnt return my call. The movers never came either.

  Booked them for a Friday morning move on the previous Monday. When they showed up they said they needed a third *** for the job. I called them 90 minutes later and was told they could not do the move. Thats not what we were told initially. I phoned the truck driver, and he claimed it was a 7-8 hour job, and he was just a sub-contractor I chose Hercules because they were BBB accredited with an A+ rating. I found another company and explained the tough spot I had been left in. They showed up at 6:45 PM the same day and finished the job in 2.5 hours. Outstanding.

  We used Hercules for a move last week. This was a three stop move (load at a storage facility, a house, then moved into a house). The move was set up with Stephanie in the office, she quoted me the price structure, set up a time that they’d arrive, then called the day before the move to confirm. She was always friendly and efficient. T and Charlie showed up right on time at the storage facility, got everything loaded quickly, moved on to our house, loaded that quickly and went to the drop off house and got everything unloaded, put into place in an amazingly short amount of time. There was no wasting time by these two men, they worked non-stop from the moment the truck stopped moving until it was completely unloaded and the paperwork was done. They were friendly, hardworking and efficient. This is the third time we’ve used Hercules, once about 25 years ago, once 2 years ago, and last week. Three different crews, but the same company philosophy and same work ethic by all of the employees. Their pricing is extremely reasonable. I wouldn’t use anyone else for a move in the Cincinnati area. They’re top notch.

  The movers were very effective with our recent move. We called around with very little notice and ended up moving forward with Hercules moving. They came out within 3 days from when we originally called. We moved semi-local, the move wasn't too far, but was done the same day. I feel Frank and his team did a wonderful job with our move. I couldn't be happier with how evertyhing went. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.
