    I paid $18.95 to Whitefish press on Oct 2, 2022 via their website. On October 14th I got an email that a shipping label was created and USPS awaits the package. Months later USPS still says they haven't received the package. It sounds like this is happening to a lot of people.

    Whitefish Press has accepted my money online for two separate book purchases, but does not communicate or fill orders. Over several months after the initial order, I received no purchase confirmation, no shipping information, no reply to my email inquiries about my orders, and most importantly ... no books. If Whitefish press is no longer shipping books, they should take down the web site which accepts online orders!

    To Whom It May Concern:

    I am the author o* **** ********* * ********* ** ******* ******** ****** (2017) and ** ***** *** **** *** ******* ***** ** *** **** **** **** (2019), both books published with the Whitefish Press, under ********** ******** **** managed by Dr. Todd E.A. L***** located at 4240 Minmor Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45217. I am contracted to receive quarterly and annual statements each year.

    Within the last several weeks, I have had to hire the ******** ******** ******* legal firm of **** *************** **** ** ****** **** ***** to deal with Whitefish Press. I am currently raising funds so I can instruct my lawyer to move forward to the arbitration stage of my dispute with ********** ******** ***. Of dispute are contractual obligations to provide ongoing and regular quarterly and yearly statements and royalties. None were paid and sent for last year, 2022 despite being promised nor have any for 2023 been provided. Other problems are exceptional. I exhausted all possible channels before contacting a lawyer. My attorney Jarrett W**** may be reached at ###-###-####.

    Sadly, I have learned that other Whitefish Press authors are experiencing similar problems. Other authors are not receiving royalties and statements and some authors have never received owed royalties or statements from ********** ******** ***.

    I have learned the home located at 4240 Minmor Drive in Cincinnati, Ohio 45217 where Dr. Todd E.A. L***** operated his business and lived has been sold as of June 2023. A letter discussing my issues from my attorney was returned as undeliverable. The managing editor and owner of the Whitefish Press under ********** ******** **** Dr. Todd E.A. L*****, has not sent any updated contact information and he does not return phone calls at ###-###-#### or e-mails with [email protected].

    I placed an order for a book on May 10, 2023. Payment of 23.95 was made (19.95 for the book and 4.00 shipping). The book has not been received. I have tried to reach the seller for more than a month by phone, text, and email. There has been no response from the seller.

    I placed an order with them over a month ago they accepted payment I tried to check on my order try to leave a voicemail said voicemail box is full I send a text with no response

    March 06, 2023 I paid Whitefish Press, under the name ********** ******* *** $3000 as a down payment for printed books, authored by myself. At that time it was a general deposit and I was told by the company owner Todd Larson that this was because he had past experiences of people backing out of deals with him and he was left unpaid for some service he apparently provided them. I understand now why these people he referred to backed out of said dealings with him. March 24th I was billed for $7305 for 250 softcover copies of my book, which I paid in full. This was followed the same day by another invoice for $4398 for 100 casebound hardcover copies of my book, which I also paid the same day. The original $3000 I paid as a deposit was to be applied to a further 50 limited edition hardcover books. For the last 36 days Todd Larson has been stringing me along with all kinds of excuses and bogus reasons why I haven't received these books. He refuses to answer my questions about where this book is being printed so that I can verify myself that they have even been ordered and furthermore never contacts me on his own with any updates or answers to my questions. The only time I hear from him is after repeated phone texts to him demanding what's going on. I believe he took my money and did not use it to make any purchases as described in the invoices. I repeatedly asked for my money back, telling him I want out of our relationship, which he completely ignores. I want my $14703 back and terminate my relationship with this company.
