    They are rude and will have you waiting for a appointment and never let you know they have canceled your appointment then when you tell them about they flaws they not fixing there mistakes and it’s a recall smh

    Customer was scheduled for a courtesy pick up, we had forgotten and rescheduled. Customer called the day before the scheduled appointment and stated we missed appointment again, when all our notes stated she was scheduled for a courtesy pick up the next day. The customer was given a free oil change for the inconvenience, and also offered to pick up that day.

    I took off work two days a oil change I make 25 dollars a hour I rather went to work the lady stated she wasnt doing it cause I was contacting BBB

    I went to this location because the wheel locks for my tires went missing. I ended up getting 4 lugs replaced instead of the 12 the tech said I had to replace (first issue). Since I was there I decided to get 4 new tires. I was told by the tech there was no need for an alignment due to the even worn tires. New tires put on SUV but before leaving I noticed road hazard coverage came with the tires. The tech never mentioned anything. I had to bring it to his attention, he printed the paper and just gave it to me (second issue). Five days later went back due to rattling and humming. Jeep found wheel weights too close to the calipers and rebalanced the wheels. Did not address humming noise (third issue). Few days later made another appointment for the humming noise, told I need a rear differential and tires again rebalanced (forth issue). Few days later made another appointment, rattle is back with a knock after rear differential replaced plus some shaking when driving. Tech duplicated all issues during each visit. After Jeep having the SUV a few days I had to call and was told nothing was wrong with the SUV. But I noticed a tire was rebalanced again (fifth issue). This time I'm told an alignment is needed, front pads and rotors are recommended to be replaced. So, now I need brake pads, rotors and an alignment. The same alignment I asked about when purchasing the tires and was told I did not need. I took the SUV to a different repair shop and was told the pads and rotors do not need to be replaced and have thousands of miles remaining. The alignment was needed, but it is something that should have been done at jeep at tire purchase. How is it Jeep puts on new tires and don't see tire are not aligned(sixth issue). As for the knock in the rear that a tech heard during a test drive and suggested its the brakes. Somehow mysterious not apparent after the last appointment ( I wonder how that happen).
