    I wasn't aware. Didn't understand fully or read the terms. MY money was taken off my bank card unauthorized. I didn't agree or approve of this transaction. When I tried to retrieve my finds. They refuse to reimburse me for them, and was very rude, and mean about. Didn't hear my circumstances, on why I didn't agree to the terms, and I wanted to delete, close my account, and a refund. I was denied. Customer policy are always right. Due to my situation I should have been reimbursed. Account closed upon my request. I was treated unfairly. Very poorly. Money taken without my approval.

    I had tried to remove my card from they're website before the transaction went through. Here's proof they would nit let me take my card off, which involved in an authorized transaction. I was rudely told, I wasn't able to get my money stopped, or I wasn't allowed my refund. When I wasn't aware, or didn't see, didn't read any terms of them garnishing my money. Without asking permission, and just holding. Keeping my card, to do the unauthorized transaction. I did not ever do it own my own. It was done for me. Tha made a mistake. Made mistake with nit telling me, or not taking my card off right after so, no unauthorized transaction would be going to my card.
