    The fee was supposed to be $40. She arrived to see my mom at her rehab center and took advantage of the ederly. She increased the cost to $65. When i went to pay the bill, during our phone call, she raised the price again to $70. Then, she had the nerve to ask for a tip. That was the icing on the cake. You are simply doing your job and asked for a tip with increasing your charge. My mom gave her $20. Very classless.

    Hello, ******** our agency discussed the documents in detail along with pricing of the services being offered with your mother prior to traveling to her. The notary does not accept an assignment or travel to any client without the expressed permission and agreement to all fees, terms and conditions of the companies services. This is standard operating procedure for the company.Your mother agreed to the fee and terms and conditions of the service. As to the accusation of a ***** tip being provided to the notary. This is a complete fabrication. The notary was not given a $***** tip at any time during or after the appointment. Our office responded to your concerns multiple times, in which you neglected to respond to our requests for feedback regarding your concerns. Your mother expressed complete satisfaction with the service and was very grateful that she was able to receive mobile notary services.
