    I paid for a certified nursing assistant course and paid $500. I never was able to recieve the training due to the class being rescheduled multiple times due to low enrollment. I contacted the school many times to obtain a refund due to the owner not taking the time to process the refund. I will like to get my money back because i did not recieve the service i paid for.

    This is one of the most unprofessional schools I have ever been too. I was supposed to start class October 30th and be done around this time of 11/29/2023. They called me and told me that there wasn’t enough people and I have to wait 2 more weeks. First day of class on 11/13 when the proctor/owner of Alia healthcare was doing his orientation he tells us if we’re 1 minute late we have to pay a fee and wait 2 weeks longer once again for the next class but that’s not where my issue is. My issue is He has been late to class, canceled it multiple times, made me stay late and be late to my job that’s 45 minutes away because as an stna you need a certain amount of hours. I show up on time at 8:45 and wait for him for an hour to say he’s not coming or that I have to stay an hour late and inconvenience my real clients that I have as a caregiver. He continues to do this to students and changes dates of labs, class, and clinical’s. He has different professors teach us everyday and one of them named Tony told us the proctor/owner abed osman doesn’t allow them to communicate so they’re all teaching us different thing and different learning styles. I feel like I have waisted a lot of money because not only did I spend $675, I spend $50 on scrubs, $50 on shoes, and $15 for a watch, $30 on a tuberculosis test, and I have to buy a professional covid test from a doctor which is $100. The most I have learned is from the textbook they have given me, the classes are a waste of time and money. On the website it is advertised as being flexible with your schedule but it is not and I feel as if I’ve almost been scammed. I would like a partial reimbursement for the inconvenience of my gas, time, job, and for the simple fact they haven’t taught me a thing and I’ve had to learn at home or in my work environment and that’s what I paid them to do, I could have bought a much cheaper textbook myself and practiced at home instead of being there and learned much more.     I was scheduled to start a class to receive my STNA through Alia healthcare on April 17th at 9am. On sunday, the 16th around 1pm I received a call from a representative of the company saying that they were canceling the class which I had already paid for and received my schedule for. To open availability for this class I had to request off work for multiple days and with such a short notice of the cancelation I am now unable to get those hours back. Not only this but the short notice sets me back 9 entire months in my schooling while forcing me to retake a class I could've avoided retaking had I received proper notice of the cancelation in time to schedule a different STNA course. Overall professionalism was almost nonexistent from the company. They were not even prepared to send me a refund upon this cancelation call, saying i must call back the following day to speak with someone to receive a refund.
