      On 12-23, I placed a mobile order for Donuts at the Dunkin Donuts on ******** ***. When we went to pick them up, they were unable to fulfill the order as they did not have the donuts in stock. We were told to come back the next day for the donuts and speak to the manager for a refund as our account was charged $22.48. We placed another order on 12-24 and picked up that order, making another payment of $22.48, with no problem, however, we were told to cancel the order online to get a refund. Upon review of the mobile application, there was not a place to cancel. I sent an email through the application online on 12-25-24 and received a generic response that someone would respond within 2 business days. No response was received and follow emails were sent by me on 12-28-24, 1-10-25 and 1-15-25. As of today, 1-24-25, no response has been received and the duplicate amount charged has not been refunded. Attached are bank statements showing the 2 payments made, order from mobile app and original generic email received from Dunkin. Looking to have the duplicate payment refunded to my checking account.

      Tried 4 times to settle complaint with business, had a district/regional contact me and left a voice mail, returned his call and haven't received a call back.. that was over a month ago.. I have since called the customer service line multiple times and got a case number #******** the last time on 10/18/2022. The email stated I would be contacted within 48 hours and haven't been!
