    lled and said he would be over to repair. However, since I had not heard back after several hours on Friday I had a an electrical contractor repair the trouble. I was forced to do this because I had no way of knowing when the company was planning to remedy the issue and needed to get the garage door functional. The electrical contractor found water in one of the outlet boxes installed by Building Character LLC. He dried it out and resealed the outlet box and problem was fixed. The cost of the repair was $289.00. I am asking to be reimbursed for the repair cost. I sent an email on Saturday 9/28/2024 at 12:19pm letting Building Character know what I had done and requesting reimbursement. To date, I have not heard back from building Character with the exception of the installer on 9/1/2024.

    Our apologies for someone not reaching out to you. The installer was notified on Friday of issue and for some reason decided not to contact you. It was pouring down raining from Thursday all the way until 10/1/24. What dissolving amaze us is when job is 100 percent correct and done beautiful can't get a review. But as soon as a simple mistake was made everyone wants to get on and leave a bad one. We will send your refund for the electric charge . Will. E mailed to you and should have by end of next week. Please let us know if we can help you with any other projects.

    I gave them a deposit of $7,525 on June 20 of 2023. I have been trying for the past two days to reach out and request my deposit be refunded but no one has returned my calls.

    This did start year go and within 4 months per contract we were ready to begin work. Reached out to costumer to begin work per contract she didn't have the money for rest of project. So since then, costumer has been trying to get the remainder of money for her project. This situation has been resolved! Just like any other place of business with a finical department there is a process. This process started the first time I spoke with her. It did take a few days to get resolved but a refund has been mailed to her along with her building permit she paid for.
