      It appears to me they operate an insurance scam providing inflated costs in conjunction with Angela B****** at "1 800 packouts". They box and store anything they can get their dirty little hands on including trash so they can invoice you for storage and 'cleaning', never offering any sort of cost estimate until sending an invoice and threatening liens to your property months after not showing up. If they know your insurance coverage, they may even act confused at their inflated invoicing because "you are still receiving half of your Insurance claim payout". Poor reviews, consumer law violations and fake positive reviews.

      I REALLY DON'T APREACATE THIS COMPANY FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF LOW INCOME PEOPLE. AND ALSO LIED ABOUT KEEPING OUR FURNITURE HOSTAGE. ANGELA B****** STRIGHT UP LIED. I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM ONE STAR IF I CAN HELP IT. THIS IS UNFAIR AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT LIE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

      This Gentleman signed a contract for services provided. the contract specifically states that payment in full is due prior to contents being returned, At this time he has not made any attempt at any type of payment. He has also stalked female employees, blocked our vehicles and employees. The Police trespassed him from our property after harassing employees.

      WE DIDN'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE AND WE DIDN'T STALK ANYBODY SHE KEPT OUR HOUSE PROMISED TO RETURN OUR FURNITURE. I HAD TO GET THE POLICE. SHE KEPT CALLING OUR HOUSE. WE ARE ON SOCIAL SECURITY. SHE LIED TIME AND TIME AGAIN. WE HAVE NO CLOTHES, SHOES COATS SOCKS NOTHING. WE DIDN'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE. ALL WE WANT IS OUR FURNITURE BACK.

      We received a statement from ANGELA B******* SHE WANTED THIS REVIEW TO BE TAKEN OFF THE B?B REVIEW. THE POLICE TOLD ME THAT I HAD THE RIGHT TO POST ANYTHING I WANTED AS LONG IT'S NOT A HARMFUL STATEMENT. WE ASKED WHO HIRED YOU...NO ANSWER, WE ASKED WHO THE OWNER IS...NO ANSWER. ALL THIS IS DUE TO A SPRINKLER EXPLOSION IN OUR OLD APARTMENT. WE DIDN'T HIRE THEM AND THE PROPERTY IS OWNER IS TOWNE PROPERTY. BUT THEY WON'T COMMENT ON IT. WE WANT OUR BELONGINGS RETURNED. IM 68 AND MY GIRLFRIEND IS 83. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO MAKE ANY ARRANGEMENTS THEY WERE RUDE AND NASTY. WE CAN'T GET A LAWYER TO WORK WITH US. WE NEED FURNITURE BACK. WE DIDN'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
