      I dont remember parking here at all, I used my mothers car, and she calls me about a bill overdue for $92.00 from LAZ Parking. This is outrageous considering I dont remember parking here.

      Absolutely horrific business and parking lot to deal with. It is physically stated in multiple spots on their lot at 705 Sycamore St. that it is '$12 for daily parking until 4am next day'. But, to your surprise, after you paid the $12, you will receive a letter in the mail 2 weeks later for an 'overage violation' that will charge you 8x the daily rate. LAZ parking hires PRRS to deal with their dirty work, PRRS and LAZ are NOT on the same page about their daily rates. Do NOT do business with LAZ. Shame on LAZ.

      Working with LAZ Parking, NOT PRRS has been wonderful. PRRS is the enforcement agency that monitors locations for LAZ. I see a lot of people saying this is LAZ. I hope this information is helpful for others to see. LAZ Parking was absolutely wonderful in helping dismiss a citation I had. PRRS may fail to help in citations but *** was very quick to help me with my citation.

      I made the mistake of parking here early this month at their east 3rd street location in Cincinnati. Paid $15 for 8 hours before going to work. I had to work a couple extra hours so I was late getting my car. A few weeks later I get a notice in the mail charging me $92 for the over stay. That’s pretty steep for 2 hour parking in an empty garage at 1AM. I have unfortunately parked there since then and judging by the numerous complaints here, I can expect another outrageous bill from them. I will not make that mistake again.

      The same response every time. You'd think the owner would start to understand they're the issue not all of the paying customers. Of all the garages in downtown Cincinnati there's exactly one with a one star rating... I wonder why that is? Why are paying customers constantly being harassed by a collections company. I'll be happy to get the city involved with this ******** operation. I've called the number twice that's listed when ******** the company to dispute my bogus ticket with no call back. They respond to contact them without giving any other contact information. "1) Always select more time than is needed to ensure you are out of the lot before your session expires.2) Ensure your plate is entered correctly." That's not the case when people are in town for event parking... bogus operation from a bogus owner who's out to scam people.

      Zero stars if I could. Parked at the 3rd and Main garage on 1/6/24 and paid as I should.. I have a receipt from my bank to prove it. I just received a notice in the mail that I’m now due to pay a fine of $80 for failing to pay. Bogus. Read the ****** reviews for this garage. I’m not the only one this has happened to. This company knows of the issue, it’s been taking place for over a year now and they refuse to fix it. The city needs to shut down this garage until the owner gets it figured out.

      I have now received two $92 tickets, both given out incorrectly. The first one said I didn't pay, but after I sent them copies of my bank statements saying I DID PAY, they dismissed the ticket. Now received one saying my ticket expired while parking even though I chose the max allotted time (over 8 hours). Fraud!

      Parking tickets are issued by a third party, not LAZ Parking. This BBB complaint is the first time LAZ received notice of the issue. We have reached out to the customer and will work with them to resolve the issue. Anytime we are notified of an issue or discrepancy, we can and do help get the issue resolved quickly.

      I parked at 705 Sycamore lot. I always pay the maximum daily rate because I don’t know how long I will be. I have received two tickets in the mail for $92 each because they say my time expired. They provide no remedy to add time, and mislead you to think that anything over six hours is all the same rate anyway. I’ve stopped parking there. The city should look into their practices.
