    I had paid for a fence from Fresh Perspective. I noticed after the install that some of the panels were different sizes width than what I had paid for in the contract. I contacted them to ask for them to fix it and never received a response through phone or email.

    So the filing of complaint are due to receiving material I did not pay for and poor work due to different materials being used throughout the fence.

    We had never received any communication from ****** regarding him being upset. We don’t install pre-built panels, so often there is a ripped down picket used to fill the space. Everyone does this. We didn’t use different material or try to scam *** *******. 

    We as a company went out day after it was finally brought to our attention and corrected his concerns. He was happy when we left and even paid for the material.

    So we hired this guy to put in our fence. Said we had to pay the deposit before we got put on the schedule fine no problem. After that limited to zero contact or day’s upon days before answers to any questions. We would rather just not deal with him and want our money back. No work done no nothing just want money back that’s it.

    I received a proposal for deck work at my house on 4/25/2023.
    I paid or gave a deposit of $6390.00 to Mr.R******* to do the work.
    I have not seen him but I did receive a email saying maybe August or September.
    However it is now November 2023.
    Yes I did send him emails indicating we CANCEL the proposal for work and expect a refund of our deposit no later than November 9,2023.
    His most recent email to me said maybe 10 or more days and he could start work. NO
    I do want him here or his crew, nor any work.
    I just want my deposit returned .
    I have waited long enough —- over 6 months.
    So no I do not want him here on my property.

    ** ******* reached out at end of October for a refund. I told him in email that the refund was being processed and would take a couple weeks due to having to wait for material to be shipped back and credit processed back to my account. I haven’t harassed him or even pressed to complete due to his wife’s cancer situation and understanding there finances are better served elsewhere. 

    I will follow up with this once refund has been processed.

    Last night out of the clear blue my wife checked the mailbox and in it 
    Was an envelope addressed to me with a check from Josh R******* owner of Fresh Expressions.
    Full refund of my deposit given to him 4/25/2023. $6390.00

    I can’t thank you enough for all of your help in this matter.
