      They claim to be the most affordable option in the area BUT here's why they aren't. The tech will come in cause a bunch of noise scaring the squirrel out of your attic then they will place traps blocking the squirrels from getting in the same way (they won't get trapped IN the trap though because only an animal leaving the attic would get trapped). Then in a week when they didn't catch anything they remove the trap and close the entry way. MEANWHILE the squirrel has moved on to the other side of the house or in my case another vent on top of the roof and it WILL and did get back in. When you call black diamond thinking you're covered with your warranty they will inform you that since the squirrel found a new way in they will need to charge you again. I REFUSE to give them and their incompetent technicians another dime of my money (btw they informed me my technician was fired for being lazy and incompetent, too bad they refuse to correct his poor work!!!)

      We are sorry that we were unable to make you a happy customer. Please feel free to to reach out to us at ************ to see if there is anything else that we can do for you. We did review the contract from the original issue back in January that you signed. We did go above the normal five days of trapping and gave you six weeks at no additional charge and you seemed to have no issuses with the original wotk done. At the end of June we did receive another call from you letting us know that you had another animal get back into your home. Three months after the original issue had been solved. And as we have mentioned to you on several occasions, we warranty our work for one year. If our work fails it is covered at no charge to our customers. And as you have told us, the work previously completed has held up perfectly. We would happily set you up for a full home exclusion package that will warranty you whole home from the entry of any animal going forward. But you only wanted the minimum work done as it is stated in your contract. I see no reason to insult any of our hard working service people as they work in very uncomfortable and dangerous situations to bring peace of mind to our customers. We always warranty the hard work that we do, we just can't remove every squirrel in you area. Again, Sorry that we couldn't make you a happy customer.
