    I financed a puppy from here and they charged me an extra $300, they first said it was the origination fee from the finance company. But the finance company said other wise. Then she changed her story and said they charge a fee for financing, even though we never discussed this and didn’t say it at first when I first confronted.

    Hello, I first would like to apologize that we couldn't come to a resolution when you brought up your concern. I tried calling numerous times and you refused to talk to me. I did go over everything with you when you purchased the puppy, and I do have video surveillance of the transaction as I have cameras around the store. You took home the itemized receipt, and you also signed the documents from the financing company, in store, stating that everything had been gone over with you, and that you were okay with the total financed amount. No further questions were asked regarding anything that was gone over with you, or the total price that you were given.

    We purchased a mini Aussiedoodle from Puppy Country and we couldnt be more happy with her. She is so cuddly and has settled in just fine! The people from Puppy Country were very kind and easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again and will be referring any friends that may be in the market for a puppy!
