      This is the third ****** ************ they want to give me. Sorry I cannot trust ****** ************ quality. I have no reason to believe the chair they wanna give me will be any better than the first two. Therefore I am asking for them to remove this chair and refund the money that I paid for it which was $851 and change. I've also uploaded the history of the lift chairs that I received.

      I have attached documentation showing that *** ****** was aware he was purchasing a floor model and was unable to return it for a refund.  This is why he was told he could not receive a refund however, we were willing to work with the supplier and get him a new chair.  He is now refusing the new chair and wants his money back. On Friday, December 1st, I spoke with *** ****** and told him we are going to just refunding his money. *** ****** went into our **** ******* store today, Monday, December 4th and was refunded on his credit card. We are considering this closed out.

      The stair-lift that I bought in 2020 has stopped numerous times while I am on it. Police have rescued me several times, and so have house-hold helpers. Mullaney's has sent a man out, and he replaced the batteries, but it still stops dead from time to time. He cannot find the problem, but he is a delivery man, not an installer.
      Neither Mullaney's nor the manufacturer--******--have solved the problem. If I am stuck half-way up the stairs and cannot summon the police, my life is in danger.

      The stair-lift was purchased from Mullaney's on 2.14.20. The product is warranted through the manufacturer however, since the unit was purchased through Mullaney's, we will send a trained service technician to attempt to diagnosis and fixed any problems if possible.  The customer explained that while using the stair-lift it would just stop.  A trained service technician has been to the customers home multiple times and replaced the batteries once, tested all the functions of the stair-lift, and the electrical outlet that is was plugged into.  The technician also re-educated the customer on how to use the stair-lift properly.  We were not able to find anything wrong with the unit after riding it up and down the stairs numerous times.  The technician called the manufacturer when at the home to see if they had any other suggestions. I personally spoke with the customer and was told that all the police had to do when they came was push a button under the seat and it would start working.  The customer also said that they could not bend down to push said button. The manufacturer mailed us a diagnostic tool to plug into the machine to check the functions.  The technician went back to the home, plugged the diagnostic tool into the stair-lift and found there was nothing wrong with the unit.  At that time we let the customer know we were not able to find anything wrong with the stair-lift nor could we get it to stop working at any time.

      The delivery specialist that the customer is referring to is in fact a technician that installs all of Mullaney's stair-lifts currently.  He does have a title of DME Delivery Specialist, however, he has been trained by ******, the manufacturer, of said stair-lift. As previously stated, the employee that was sent out three separate times within the last 12 months to service/troubleshoot the customers stair-lift, had been in contact with ****** to see if there was anything else that could be done. During the three times that the employee went to the customers home, the stair-lift ran without any incidents.  He ran it up and down her stairs multiple times and it never stopped.  The equipment warranty is through ****** and not Mullaney's Medical.  We do however, attempt to service/troubleshoot any problems that may arise with any product we sell.

      I disagree with Mullaney's response.  I did not mention to you brgotr that I also contacted ******, and the person who spoke to me said they did not have a dealer with a name even similar to Mullaney's within 50 miles of Cincinnati.  I think she was mistaken, but she did say it.

      I plan to answer more fully in a postal letter to you, disagreeing with Mullaney's two responses.
