      l ordered 2 arrangements. Among the 7 color selections for an item was the word TROPICANA and CORAL. Ordered CORAL but received PINK!!!???!!!When I contacted customer service they stated that I should have ordered TROPICANA instead of CORAL.Because their coral color was a pink color.......their response to credit card inquiries resulted in them stating that a replacement was offered but that I was too angry and that I refused!!! Not TRUE!!!This response is illogical and bizarre!!!Helpful 0 Thanks 0 Love this 0 Oh no 0

      Good Morning, perhaps we sent the wrong color. We can easily have the correct color sent.The Coral is white/light pink but we do have an all Pink color as well so just let us know and we would be happy to rectify the situation.

      Ordered a "silk flower" arrangement. Received a rubber flower arrangement in an acrylic water base that is emitting a very sickening organic odor. Very disappointing especially considering the $200 cost.

      Very low-quality product. For hundreds of dollars, I got two arrangements I could have bought at a discount store for less tha $30. Appalling! The greenery is very obviously plastic. This "silk" flowers have shreds on the tips and leaves. Absolule junk.

      Ordered an arrangement from them and the product that arrived was completely different than what was picturedentirely different color scheme. I reached out to their customer service and was told that that was how they were making that item. Baffling to me. I paid for what was pictured, not for whatever flowers they decide to use in the warehouse that day.

      The quality of the flowers are not as they make it seem. I returned an arrangement and it’s been almost two weeks since the warehouse received it and no refund. Second week calling and the lady on the phone keeps promising me a refund and nothing. Will never buy from them again.

      Their products are extremely poor quality, and my 1-star review was not published. I returned the items at my own expense, but two weeks later have failed to receive a refund or even an acknowledgement that they received the items. Am currently working with ****** to get a refund.
