    Very affordable , very professional , very clean and considerate . I have tried other companies and gotten other estimates and Mr rooter always shows up and shows out ! I couldn’t imagine using another company for ALL my plumbing needs !

    The staff were very professional, but overall my problem was not resolved after spending $2600. I was not expecting the results I ended up with. After opening my basement floor and finding a collapsed pipe, which we knew was there from the get go, there were no available options for a repair that was not going to cost $2000-$5100 over the $2600. I apparently had a French drain that has collapsed, on top of the collapsed tile, which the 3 people on site said they'd never seen before.I can't be the only one who has this and feel they should be more aware of the actual systems in town and neighborhoods. Has I known this was a possibility would have been more prepared, but I didn't and figured the initial $2600 (which I did not have) would solve my problems and then to tack on another $2000-$5100 was very upsetting to say the least. So not I sit with a large hole in my basement and the I get a chance I'll have to put in a sump pump myself.

    I have nothing but high praise for the work Eric and the other tech performed for me on 2-5-2025. He is extremely knowledgeable explained everything step by step. He went above and beyond to fix the problem I had with the water heater. I would recommend him to anyone .

    Everyone did a great job installing and replacing our water line . Very polite and knowledgeable workers. The supervisor communicated to us and we they be out and he also called and asked to move the day do to extreme cold we had the week before.
