      MY COMPANY **** **** PURCHASE ***** ******** SYSTEM FOR AMOUNT 2657.81 FROM FERGUSON. IN SEPT. 2024 FERGUSON ORDERED THE MACHINE FROM ***** DISTRIBUTOR IT TOOK APPROX. 3 MONTHS IN ***** ADVERTISEMENT IT SAID IN WOULD PRODUCE UP TO 380 GAL. RO WATER PER DAY.ONCE MACHINE WAS SETUP AND INSTALL, IT WOULD ONLY PRODUCE 50 GALS. PER DAY . WE SEND EMAILS TO ***** , NO REPLY I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO TALK TO ONE OF THERE TECHNICAN I GIVE HIM MODEL NUMBER AND HE WOULD FIND OUT PROBLEM, IN FEW HOURS HE CALL ME BACK , HE SAID 50 GALS. ADAY IS WHAT IT WILL PRODUCE I ASK HIM IF WAS SURE, NOW I CALL AND WANTED MY MONEY BACK,FOR ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK I WOULD HAVE SHIP IT BACK AND THEN THEY WOULD DETERMINE IF I BROKE THE MACHINE, I EXPLAIN IT NEVER WORK, THEY TOLD ME I BROKE MACHINE. I TOLD I WAS NOT PAYING TO SHIP IT BACK , THAT THEY COULD HAVE ONE TECH TO COME AND CHECK THE MACHINE
