    they charged me 3600 for hot water heater i definetly paid too much.

    Benjamin Franklin The Punctual Plumber *********************************************** This business is a disgrace to the actual good plumbing companies! The definitely over charged for a service that I received and also did property damage in the process. I would not recommend them to any friend or family member! I also called to company to talk to a manager who was very rude, and wasnt going to discuss anything with me to correct the over charged for a or property damage. Very unprofessional and rude!! I have to leave a star rating, which would not even be a 1 out of 5 but I had to select something to move on so it was a 1!!

    Sept. 22, 2023, I thought I was calling professionals and what I received was mismanagement and screw ups every single step of the way. Now that it's April 30, 2024, the project is just now nearing the finish line. They took on a job they could not handle and did not admit it. I wanted the foundation dug up and the plumbing moved so that the half bath could become a full bath, a tankless hot water heater installed, and the laundry room moved elsewhere. 1st plumber sent was not qualified to quote a project of this size. They sent a 2nd more experienced plumber. He never saw the notes from the first plumber. They never communicated. So I had to take more PTO to explain to Chad what I wanted. Chad looked at me laughed, and said, "That's not going to happen." I tried to fire them on the spot. The project manager got involved and promised to make it right. He never made a new quote, never sent a scope of work, never asked me to sign a contract. 2 weeks later, he quit. 2 weeks after that, I get a phone call from the new project manager, Chris. Ok. No one gave him my list of expectations. What he does have are details that were never communicated to me. During October they dug the foundation & left empty food containers & empty bottles all over every single surface including the windows that face the street and exposed framing/studs. We took 3 garbage bags out 1 week, we come back the next week and it was the same degree of filth as before. When they dug up the old cast iron plumbing, they left that in my driveway for 2 full weeks. Someone dumped a bag of concrete in my front yard and now I have a random pile of **** that I can't lift and some how need to mow over. I think that was also the day they left my front door & storm door wide open in the middle of winter. This is still the digging up phase, we aren't even to the installation of the new plumbing phase yet and the review is this bad. Save your money and save yourself the headache. Don't ever call them for anything.
