Unethical business practices and unprofessional ownership. I wrote a constructive review about the studio, and the owner contacted me directly stating she would remove me from further classes. I told her, no thank you, I enjoyed my time and have always loved coming to the classes and would continue to do so. The review I wrote mentioned a lack of mirrors as well as placement of some poles being too close to a wall. She responded and asked for some more information, however I was unable to reply that day itself due to surgery. The next morning, she sent me a reactive e-mail stating she was removing me from classes and only sent me a partial refund. At this time, the business owner OWES ME MONEY, and displayed extremely unethical, and unprofessional practices. She has not replied to my e-mails and I am considering sending her a demand letter from my law firm. I displayed nothing but joy while attending her classes, and if a business owner is so immature and unprofessional, she should not be fit for owning a business.

The customer was fully refunded every single thing owed to her plus more. The one class she's referencing was not only refunded but we refunded the entire 4 pack of classes - including the 3 she used - prior to her posting this review.

    Regarding your statements above:

    1. We didn't respond to your emails because an automatic email was sent to you after we refunded not only the 4 week course you were in the middle of but we also refunded the entire amount for the 4 pack of classes you purchased which is above and beyond what you were owed. There was nothing else to communicate.

    2. Nothing we sent was reactionary or harassing. The decision to not move forward with you as a client was based on much more than your review and a decision that we did not make lightly.

We're sorry that you're unhappy with how this ended and hope that you find a studio that is in full alignment with what you're looking for in your experience.
