    We have worked with Dave B****** from Don Marcum's Pool Care for years now. Have always had a good experience until recently when one of their installers installed our diving board incorrectly causing damage to the board. We were promised a new diving board last season and still patiently waiting. With Summer Break here and kids out of school a big feature of the pool is now missing, No Diving Board. We were shocked to hear from the most recent installer that the old diving board was no longer safe to be put back on and should have never been installed last season after the damage occurred. Trusting this company with the safety of our family it was disappointing to know that their installer left a diving board on last season that was not safe for use. We have sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails requesting an update on when we will receive our new board as promised and all have went unanswered and ignored. If this is the new direction the company is taking we will be finding a new company to work with. It's bad enough to not receive what you are owed and promised but to put our families safety at risk on top of it is a completely separate issue.

    The complaint ******** has been resolved.  The new diving board was installed a day or two after the complaint was filed.  I spoke to **** ******* the day we recieved the letter from the BBB which was June 27, 2024.  She stated that everything was fine and she thought her husband had called and canceled the complaint.  We are still currently servicing the Hensley pool on a weekly basis and helping them with all of their pool needs.   Therefore I believe the complaint should be removed.
