      In October 2021, I paid for a subscription to Cincinnati Magazine. I never received any issues. They claim they sent them but none have been delivered. I went to order a subscription again and after a few months, they failed to mail me any issues. I forgot about the previous subscription. I asked for a refund on my previous subscription and they only offered to extend my current subscription. I just want my $14.99 back because they failed to honor the contract.

      Hello,

      We have tried to help this customer to the best of our abilities. The full term was sent to the address he provided. I have checked our files to the printer and we did receive one back as undeliverable from the postal service. I have attached all of the information including emails to the customer. He never contacted us about not receiving the magazine and we did offer to extend his renewal even though we didn't have to. Also he has not told us if he is receiving the magazine currently and how he could check with his postal service. Please see all attached documents with the information on his subscription and our correspondence with him.

      Hello,

      At this point I have explained why there would be no refund as well as how we were offering to extend a subscription, we just needed to figure out his postal problems once we knew there was one. We know there is a postal problem because we did receive at least one copy back as undeliverable from the postal service. 

      If we can please get confirmation on if the customer would like to cancel the subscription or keep it but change the address that it is going to. It sounds like he would like to cancel but I would like to confirm. The comment about wanting to be refunded for the current order we can cancel it however if he would like a refund he would have to go through Groupon because that is where he purchased this subscription from.
