      This is the worst property management firm I have ever had the displeasure of working with. As a tenant, my requests for basic maintenance have been ignored, some for over an entire calendar year since the first complaint. Despite holding up my end of the lease with payments on time and in full, KW managers do absolutely nothing but collect the rent. I have to do multiple calls, emails, and follow ups to even get basic acknowledgement of my complaint - that’s right, not SOLUTIONS to my complaint, only an “okay, noted” style response. For example, there has been a hole in my floor (there since I moved in) that they have not fixed in over the 18 months I’ve lived there. My property manager will purposely ignore calls. I have to call 3-4x back to back in order to get him to answer. Coincidentally, the 4th call is always answered on the first ring! Convenient, right?! I have to follow up on emails and messages multiple times, all to get a response along the lines of “I haven’t had a chance to get to that yet, but I will” only for him to never actually get started on the matter and get back in touch with me. When I call, he blames his inability to get work done on the fact that I didn’t email him. When I email him, he never answers me until I bombard him with phone calls. Absolutely atrocious management and a non-stop violator of Tenant’s rights. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. If you are able to work with other companies, save yourself the frustration and work with people who will actually respect your wellbeing over their profit goals.

      As a tenant at ***************************************, I have consistently experienced significant issues with the landlord, Keller Williams Advisors Realty who I consider a slumlord. Repeated maintenance request for specific issues like lack of heat, pest infestation, criminal trespassing, overcrowding, noisy tenants, unclean hallways, missing window screens, unsecured building, trash and litter on the premises have been ignored. The property is often in disrepair with visible signs of peeling lead paint, overgrown weeds, unsecured building, noisy tenants, criminal ltrespassing, dirty hallways are creating an unsafe and unsanitary living environment. Communication with the landlord is extremely difficult due to landlord harassment, retaliation and lack of oversight, with delayed responses to concerns and a general lack of respect for tenant's privacy or needs. I consider the landlord a slumlord due to persistent disregard for tenant's fair housing rights, well-being and property upkeep. The landlord has been neglecting our security concerns by renting to registered violent offenders and *** offenders and by failing to screen prospective tenants. The landlord is also leasing the building to a group home for adults with developmental disabikities, chronic mental illness and adults with addictions without notifying us. Tenants face eviction if one rent payment is late. Prioritizes profit over tenant well being. Not adhering to local regulations regarding safety and habitability standards. The rental property is kept in poor condition. The landlord participates in discriminatory, harassing behavior that violates the the rights of tenants. I would not recommend leasing or renting from this landlord.
