    On Friday, 10/20/23 I applied to an apartment for 4116 Hamilton Ave #3 in person with a money order. The landlord *** stated he’d get back with me at the end of the day, which he didn’t. I called Monday morning and got a very unprofessional response telling me that I was denied. I asked for the crendentials/requirements need to rent the apartment and he could not outline the minimum credit score needed or salary per year. he said they don’t go by that, and explained only that I had negative marks on my credit. I don’t have any evictions and have a good rental history. I feel that this is discrimination and that this business is not fairly renting the apartment out. I hope no one else has to go through the this. I want a refund for this inconsiderate behavior experience.
