      How dare the representative of Sibcy Cline threaten a person in the beginning of grieving the loss of a parent .The inhumane treatment is resemblance of 1850's America.

      this is a formal complaint letter I sent to the Sibcy Cline company. I never got a reply not even an apology! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!!! this company only cares about getting your money and do not care about customers. JANUARY 9, 2024 FROM: Brian xxxxxxxxx TO: Manager of SIBCY CLINE INSURANCE, 8044 MONTGOMERY RD STE 303, CINCINNATI, OH 45236 RE: Matt N****l HI Sir/Ma’am, This letter serves as an official complaint on Matt N*****. I have departed Sibcy Cline Insurance due to Mr. N******* messy business practices, unprofessionalism, failure to take responsibilities for his actions, and most particularly, a consistent failure to be responsive in communication. Take a look at the emails attached and you will see that Matt N***** has unswervingly failed me! On 6 January 2024, I sent an email notice to Mr. N***** that I am dumping him and the company and explained my reasons. In response, I got no reply and no apology! I have changed to a different insurance company as a result of a repeated inability of Matt N***** to be responsive and Matt is UNRELIABLE! I trust you will take the appropriate action so the organization you manage will not lose more customers because of Mr. N***** insufficient business practices. Should you have more questions or concerns, I can be contacted at through mail, phone call, or email. You have lost me as a customer! *** ***** xxxxxxxxxx “The memory of bad service lasts longer than the memory of good service”
