    I take the kids to this park occasionally when the weather is bad. I think it is a good place for the kids to burn some energy. The problem is the completely useless staff. I realized that the membership was half the price per month of the one time entry. I had a neighbor kid with my 2 kids and asked numerous times whether or not there is an annual commitment. I was told no and that only monthly payments by several staff members. I was told they could not do it, but I had to do it online. On my little ****** I signed the boys up for a membership. I had to scroll through numerous liability forms to sign and then I thought I was good. After about 4 months I decided to cancel and they told I had to pay for the whole year, and said I signed it. I guess hidden in the thousands of words of legal jargon it said 12 month commitment. I called and pleaded my case and had more useless and rude people on the phone. Why would I have signed a neighbor kid up for a year, but they did not care. Be careful and be careful for your kids with the staff they hire. I feel I was lied to and should be removed from my 12 month commitment.
