      How can I fit my complaint in 2000 characters? I can't. In very short Tony at Nrep completely lied to me about how their solar lease worked. It wasn't until after hundreds of holes were in my roof I had no choice but to write them a check for 27680 dollars. It has been 2 months and I have not received the documents for my service contract I paid for. I wrote out over 4300 characters in my complaint outlining all of the events that took place. From beginning to now the entire process consisted of poor communication, lies, and frustration. I caution anyone considering having solar installed to avoid the leasing scam. It will cost you thousands of dollars over what you currently pay.

      Dear BBB,

      We reached out to *** ***** via phone call and discussed his issues. After having the conversation, the only remaining issue on the installed system is documentation on the lifetime warranty that he purchased. It is a new program for us and we confirmed with him that we will be sending it over once available in the next 2 weeks. As far as our leasing program, we felt that it was represented honestly, however, the leasing platform is not for everyone and paying cash for a system will always maximize savings. As far as holes in the roof are concerned, holes are drilled to install the solar array. The solar has been installed, is fully functional, and is creating savings for *** *****. There are currently no leaks or holes in the roof. Outside of the lifetime warranty which will be provided, the project is complete as promised and the contract is fulfilled. We are increasing our staff in the customer success department so that communication with customers can be expedited and we hope that future customers will have a better experience. We are also taking some of *** ******* suggestions involving our delivery process and communication. A lifetime warranty will be provided. The project will be complete and no refund will be issued. This should satisfy the process.
