    Hello all, I want to recommend a contractor I've been working with recently, The name of the company is "360 property advantage", these guys provide amazing service with amazing results, know how to match the needs of the client to the budget and most importantly are always available. Through their flexibility we were able to change on the fly and budget constraints components within the SOW thanks to their flexibility. Every week there is a detailed progress plan, we send a video showing the progress and most importantly the workers work on the property throughout the day (we managed to work with contractors whose workers were not present on the property), the progress is super fast and the creativity helped us complete the house in the most optional way. *Indicates that in addition, a discount of over 7 thousand dollars was added so that we could reach the proper budget. Luke / guys, thank you so much for everything you have done for us. I have no doubt that we will have many projects together. The house went on the market through Zillow and was saved 130 times by potential buyers, thank you!!!
