    On 01/01/25 a contract was signed and money exchanged. to this day this contract has not been completed by Kilgore.

    Above I have attached photos of the before status of the home and then after the work was completed we are around 96% of the way done with the project and we have actually done a few other projects for the customer and he was great however, this time around things were different I usually don’t like putting peoples business in the public. However, the only reason I’m doing it is because I believe this is the reason. This time around the customer was different and it’s because he has health problems. I’m not sure if it’s the chemo or what but you can definitely tell something is different. He pulled us into the other room and he said that we painted faces into his ceiling and that he can see nicotine, etc.. The reason work has stopped is because he threatened our lives saying his nephews will take our lives. I have hundreds of references that I can send. 99.9% of customers love us. And I even have 10000s upon hundreds of photos I can send. I don’t know what’s going on this time around with the customer, however we have bent over backwards and try to accommodate him halfway through we started seeing red flags, but I kept going because I wanted to help him out because of his health problems. I’ve told the customer all he has to do is assure me in writing that no harms way will come to us, and that he will in fact pay us, but he can’t guarantee me of either.
