      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to attention concerns regarding my recent experience with a service performed at my house August 5th 2024.
      Noel D***** & Bill R****** of ServPro was our point of contact for the reconstruct. August 5 2024 the sub contracted crew, hired by ServPro, came to replace the drywall. When they arrived I informed the crew if anything needed moved out of their way to inform me and I would gladly take care of what ever they need from me. An hour after being there, I went down and noticed ALL our valuables we placed to the side to be left alone, had been touched and moved. I called Ryan the project manager for the crew, and he informed me they are to paint everything downstairs. I was never told this information by himself or ServPro As they were finishing and my husband, *******, came home from work he went down to check. He was talking with the two crew members, as Ryan was in the bathroom. ******* was walking upstairs he noticed a bobblehead was missing an arm, and confronted Ryan about the situation in which he replied they did not do that nor were they responsible. Upon further inspection, ******* noticed multiple Bobblehead's had been broken, and meticulously placed as to hide the evidence. In which ******* reasserted himself in asking what happened and what they planned to do to remedy the situation. The crew member who had broken them came forward, and apologized saying he was moving them all on his own and couldn't prevent it. I was upstairs the whole time they were working and never once was approached, called or asked to move anything, even after asking them twice when they arrived. Upon talking to ServPro they were reluctant to help, then, said they would contact the construction crew and get us a solution. We provided the pictures and the amount ($825) to ServPro, per their request. They have now stopped responding, and we are finding no answer to our problem, bringing us to you to help us with this matter.

      I entered into an agreement with this company for water and mold damage restoration services. Unfortunately, despite the agreed-upon terms, I have not received the services as promised.

      Here are the relevant details:

      Servpro was contacted on April 12, 2021, and date of inspection was April 13, 2021. Servpro was to start work on the general demolition of the kitchen etc. on April 14th because ***** **** ******** were coming on the 15th to repair the leak behind the kitchen cabinets. I received a phone call on the 14th telling me they would not be able to come that day because of a big job that needed to be done.

      Since the Plumber were coming and they were on a tight schedule too, Queen city did the demolition and cleaning charging me $800. Servpro employee Aarron did bring out the Scrubber that night and it was here until the 19th, then 5 days later the company came to tear out the basement ceiling.

      After going back and forth with Aarron, your company never did the duct work cleaning nor cleaning of the furnace. On August 17, 2021, ******** ****** came to perform the Air Duct Cleaning.

      I have made several attempts to resolve this matter by contacting their customer service department, reaching out to Aaron, and sending registered letters (showing all documentation), but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution.

      So, I am sent a copy of the paperwork, and I highlighted what work the company completed along with sending a check for services rendered. Servpro would not sign for the letter, nor the other 2 times I sent letter certified they would not sign for the package.

      I keep getting numerous threatening letters from them via US mail.

      Per the business returned my phone call spoke with Tony R****** and the business 

      said that they have the assets of the business not the entity 

      advised that we will go ahead and look over the info and update the business

      if this is just for the assets for this business then the complaint prior to the business taking ownership in 2023
