    On 10/22/2023 at 4:19pm me (**** *****) and my significant other went to this subway# ******* at 4256 Mount Carmel Tobasco Road and I walked in to make the purchase I had 2 20 dollar bills in my hand I ordered 2 steak subs both 12 inches I asked for lightly toasted bread what I got was hard bread I couldn't even bite into the sub enough meat for just half of the sandwich the olives were frozen still and the tomatoes had the center in them still. When I asked how much she said after pausing 33.25 I asked for 2 steak sub meals she charged me for 2 steak subs and 2 steak sub footlong meals so I was over charged that's why when I asked for a reciept she took a minute before handing it to me. When I went back in to show her she over charged me she just continued to say I was right even tho I showed her it was wrong I told her I was filing a complaint with the bbb this is wrong especially if they are doing everyone this way I feel like this is a scam, a way for them to steal people's money they work hard for. She would not refund my money for over charging me.and the subs were not even eatable. The hist order ID is *****************.

    FIRST OF ALL SORRY TO THE CUSTOMER **** ***** FOR ANY HARD TIME U HAD AT THIS PLACE..AS PER THE RECEIPE U PROVIDE WE DID NOT OVER CHARGE BECAUSE U GOT THE MEDIUM DRINK WITH MEAL AND U GOT 3 COOKIES THATS REGULARE PRICE IN THE STORE.BUT YES I REALLY APPOLOGIZE FOR THE SANDWITCH IT GET HARD...WE DID NOT OVER CHARGE U THAT FOR SURE..I M NOT ABLE TO GIVE U REFUND...IF U WANT I CAN REMAKE YOUR SANDWITCHES...SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE
