      hi I am currently awaiting a rebate I am to receive from a purchase i made through ******* ********. I have been waiting my virtual reward email since the 28th of June was told by an employee named j*** on the 28th I would get a email with the link to claim said rebate within 3 to 4 weeks it's been 3 to 4 months and I spent almost 50gs total on the welders and am expecting my rewards of virtual visas to be around 4500.00

      hello

      we operate the ******* ******** rebates program on behalf of ******* ********. They have final authority over who receives the rebate, we are merely the front line of the program. ******* ******** determined that the participant was in violation of the rebate rules, and did not qualify, so their rebates were denied. In certain cases we are asked to cut off communication with the participant to not engage further. This is one of those. If the participant has an issue with not receiving the rebate, they can contact ******* ******** directly. We have no capability of approving the rebate.

      I requested 2 $50 gift cards with my points from ********. Online rewards sent me 2 $50 gift cards that did not have any balance on them in November of 2023. It is now the end of Feb 2024 and they have closed my case saying I received cards that have balances on them. I have not received these and all the email and phone calls lead to nothing. Pretty unhappy with this service!
