    I have dropped off my jbl prx one speaker for a repair under warranty on 12/15/2023. I was instructed to call the business back for update. However i have been calling and emailing the business almost everyday for the last 3 weeks, yet no one has reach out back to me. At this point i almost consider my product stolen. I just need an answer whether my product is being repair on or not. Because id like it back and go to a different place at this point

    We (******* ***** **.) sent in 1 - *** ******** amp module to be repaired on May 13th, 2021. The only money paid was shipping out to them. We would call Smithall throughout the year to check up on item sent in. He kept telling us the parts were not available. We understood for a long period of time about the unavailable parts. Then we looked online and were able to find the part to repair this unit ourselves. So finally we requested to get the amp module sent back to us. After calling multiple times they finally sent us an amp module but sent us the wrong one back. We have repeatedly called Smithall to ask them to please send us the correct part we had sent them 5/13/21 in the beginning of June. They will not answer our calls or call back. We really need to get this back. Our customer is very upset about the situation. Please feel free to call **** or ****** at ******* ***** ###-###-####. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
