      I would give them a big ZERO if I could.
      Trying to bill me for some bogus charges from an ER visit on 12/29/24. Call and get hung up on every single time. My insurance co. ***** paid my hospital bill 100% and said they wont pay this vague bill from Grtr Cinti Pathology, Inc. because they need "additional information" and have requested it multiple times but never received it and wont even consider the claim until they receive the info. They are trying to double dip on said invoice and IF they send the info requested the bill should be paid by insurance 100%. I will NOT pay them as they are trying to scam me

      On 3/3/2025, the insurance carrier contacted the billing department regarding the insurance rejection and credentialing issue. She was provided the fax number to send the Explanation of benefits. Patient was on the call as well, and was explained the charges were related to pathology services and this bill would be separate from the hospital bill. The account was placed on hold. The patient was contacted on 3/19/2025, and explained the charges in detail. She was advised that there was a credentialing issue with her carrier, regarding a missing Taxonomy code, which resulted on the claim processing being delayed. The taxonomy issue was corrected. The patient was informed that a corrected claim was refiled with her insurance carrier on 3/18/2025, and it is pending the insurance carriers response. The account is on hold until the insurance carrier reprocesses the claim.

      been contacting them since March, my husband had a procedure with his Dr. his office has his insurance info and so does the hospital he went to. I have called in and couldn't talk to anyone, I emailed but that got rejected, but they tell me we owe $555.00, which is funny because his pays 100% of everything but I am not paying this and I will fight them forever if I have to.

      Account review completed. The patients claim was submitted in error to the incorrect insurance which denied payment based on eligibility. On 4/21/2025, the charges were filed to the correct insurance carrier based on a letter received from the patient on 11/08/2024. The account was not submitted to the collection agency. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused.
