    My son was signed up for the Lil Hoopsters league at Nothin But Net in January-February of 2024 . There was no communication about the 1st week. We saw that there was a game on 1/7 listed on the calendar, but it disappeared without notice/information. We tried calling several times during business hours. The phone rang, went busy, and was unanswered. We showed up because we didnt want our son to miss his first week of practice. When we arrived, the staff told us everything had been canceled for the week for Lil Hoopsters. They said there was an issue with the phone lines and apologized. We drove 50 minutes round trip for this game. Our son was very excited to play, but left disappointed and upset that he didnt have practice. The 2nd week, there still was no coach assigned to his team. A parent temporarily stepped up, but we lacked an organized game/practice that all other teams were given. During our 3rd week, my son was moved to a new team with a coach assigned who did not show up. None of the staff could provide information and were just as confused as we were. Another parent stepped up; Again, there was no organized practice. In the 4th week, my son was assigned a new coach, but I didnt receive any information about him being moved. I didnt know if his game again had been canceled without notice. Lastly, we were told he would be getting a jersey as part of our registration fee. I inquired about this in an email on January 5th, but did not hear back until several weeks later. To address these concerns, my husband and I called/texted the owners cell phone number several times, but were unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full. We sent ******** messages that were read, but not replied to. There wasnt any reply until an email weeks later (after I sent a second email). His reply offered to refund our registration, but also remove our son from the team. I asked for a prorated refund for the 1st 4 weeks, but there was not a response.
