    I signed my son up for hitting lessons. I was told that they never expire and have built some lessons up. So I tried to put on hold the purchase of lessons. so that he could use the balance up. I explained to **** at infinite Hitting that when I signed up I was told that I just had to give a weeks notice. He said that i signed a paper saying it took 30 day notice. So here is a time line below showing that i gave 30 days notice and he is fruadulently charging me. This shows what i said he told me easy to cancel then saying i needed 30 days.

    I am suspending ******* account. He has 7 training sessions remaining. When he uses those up I will look at the training options then. I assume that will be some time in late December or January. Do I need to remove my credit card information from his account? I do not want to be charged again.

    HI ****, what we can do is put you on a 60 day hold. This will give you time to use those lessons up. But your card regardless will need to run one more time. When you signed up you agreed to a 30 day cancellation notice. Would you like to go on the 60 day hold?

    You can just cancel me totally. I will dispute this charge and post to social media. When I signed up I was told I could cancel at any time as long as I gave a week notice. You are not supposed to run my card until the 14th on contacted you on the 6th that was the week notice. We will use up his remaining visits and be done. I don’t like doing business like that.

    So I was charged 11-14 and now 12-14.
