    Storage space is without lighting and Sherka who sold me the space knew that their was no lighting ------- I am requesting one month free since this was know and the manager failed to address this issue with me--------

    I rented storage facility until May 2022 with automatic monthly payment of $82.39. In May 2023 I noticed a payment of $82.39 made to 4th & Elm Self Storage, Cincinnati, Ohio. I called several times (5), explained myself and was assured that the message would be passed to the manager. The calls were answered by different persons claiming to be from phone answering company. I contacted ***** my Bank who refunded the money. But again on July 19, 2023 same amount of $82.39 was paid to 4th & Elm Self Storage, Cincinnati, Ohio. I called my bank again and after 40 minutes they promised to file the claim. I am 65 years old and feel that, somebody, somewhere, took advantage of me thinking it will come to pass; I wouldn't notice.
