      I bought a house as my primary residence in 2020, the address for the property is ** ***** ***** ***** *** ****** ** *****. I just bought a new house on April 16. I was supposed to close on the sale of my old house on ***** ***** ***** that morning and then close on buying my new house after that. We were not able to close on the sale of my house at 30 ***** ***** ***** because the lean was never released from the title for the previous owner after I bought it. The title company who handled the sale was Springdale Title LLC. I have attempted to contact them on multiple phone numbers ###-###-#### and (859) 275 1250 but the lines only ring into an automated message or have been disconnected. I was able to leave a message on an answering machine in there *********** ** office ###-###-####. I cannot get the lean released from my title and the sale of my house is about to fall through because of it. The previous owner I bought the house from and the lender of the person who is attempting to buy the house from me have also been attempting to contact Springdale Title for weeks. Kentucky law says the title company who handles the sale is responsible to release the lean within 60 days of the sale and this was in 2020.
