    Consistent problems with the sales associate since the beginning of the order. Our order consisted of embroidered hats, crewneck sweatshirts, and kimono Gis. The crewneck embroidery was crooked on the chest. The owner Tyler told us that there’s going to be human error and that our order wasn’t enough money for him to care. The hats were initially incorrectly embroidered and then corrected but it damaged the hats and the initial incorrect logo is still visible. They never told us this occurred and we discovered it after we picked up the hats.
    The crew-neck cost $25, along with the embroidery of $11.05 (logo and flower). The four hats, invoice attached, cost $41.49, along with embroidery of $54.40 for all four hats. We do not want TB Products to replace any of these items. Rather, please provide a refund totaling $131.94.
    Whenever there was an issue, whether it be with the actual embroidery of items or the date of when our orders were to be completed, Chloe quickly blamed the embroidery team. However, when we spoke with the embroidery team they communicated they were waiting for instruction from Chloe. During multiple phone calls, Chloe stated she was unable to find her notes on our account and struggled answering questions on the status of our orders. This became most relevant when we received our final invoice and were surprised by the number of embroidered flowers billed; it seemed too high considering all of the other invoices already paid for embroidered flowers. Chloe was unable to provide an itemized invoice; it was simply total quantities. When trying to figure this out on the phone, Chloe explained to us that "there is no way it's wrong because the embroidery team counts the items when they box them and writes it on a piece of paper." But it’s like the owner said, there’s going to be human error.
