      A truck was to be purchased and me and the purchaser had a deal that they would get payed a higher percent for purchasing a truck like crowd funding So we go thru the process and it’s bout 3 weeks later so now I’m like ok what’s going on get the title and keys and I’m like ok we ready to rile nope something else had supposedly happened so I started investigating just to find out they let someone sign my company name and put their address let them bounce a check in my business account and on the day I was suppose to take the truck they meet up at the gym on a side deal and i find out they allow him sign a title and all you would think bmv would have caught it nope they let it go thru without any hassle and stamp the state seal on the title That is fraud and Trademark infringement someone please tell me I’m wrong they put another address under my business and sign legal documents something ain’t right please get it solved before Law enforcement is contacted and I am willing to go to the news also tired of companies doing what ever they want and have no repercussions specially to us small minority owner’s businesses

      I left my truck ******** in FYDA Freightliner Walton,KY on 11/21/22. As my truck has factory warranty they told me I'll have the information regarding the warranty within 24h. I stayed in my truck for a 2 days with no answer. I had to leave because of Thanksgiving holiday. After that I called FYDA two times a day for the next 3 weeks still without any answer. I had to reach out to ******* company who was responsible to give an answer and they told me they don't have a case open. I realized there's a miscommunication between FYDA and ******* and I started digging more. After several correspondence with FYDA and ******* they told me they won't accept a warranty and I need to pay $13,300 for the repair. If I didn't insist who knows for how long I would wait for their answer. When I accepted to pay it on 12/15/22 FYDA charged me 50% to order parts. They told me the parts will come in the w/c 12/18/22. They got the parts but wrong ones so I had to wait for a new parts to come. When I called to see when I can pick up the truck they told me they got the wrong parts and the new ones are coming on Monday, 12/26/22. They confirmed it two times to me. I traveled  from ** on Tuesday to pickup the truck but when I came they told me the parts haven't still arrived and will be on Wednesday, 12/28/22. I stayed in the hotel and parts didn't arrive regardless the fact employees told me two times it'll be on Wednesday. It's been 36 days now since I left my truck with FYDA. And it looks like it's going to last several days more.
      The truck went broke on my first trip and I haven't made any money and I have to pay a bank, insurance and the trailer rent. Something they could have finished for 24h as they said or at least a week it took them more than 36 days and it still hasn't been done and holidays are coming. My business is suffering a lot and I already have a huge loses due to their unprofessional and careless behavior.
      How can I protect myself. I feel helpless.
