    Went and looked at a ***** Odyssey van on June 3rd. Right away the van wouldnt start and I asked if they would take care of the ******* mile timing belt maintenance that is absolutely necessary and important and a ***** required maintenance, because if the timing belt breaks it can destroy the engine.Sales manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and refused to do the maintenance on the vehicle and called it a waste of money!He then attempted to bully me by claiming he was the lowest priced and none of the other ***** Odysseys with comparable mileage in the area had that maintenance done, despite not knowing that info in the 5 minutes it took him to pull them all up.I may be a woman but Im definitely not dumb and keep myself very informed of what maintenance the car I drive or buy needs!I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy bc of how rude and disrespectful the MANAGER was, and how he attempted to bully me into buying a vehicle with known maintenance and mechanical issues!Joke is on him, though. That night I found a van at **** ***** ***** in ******** ** with comparable mileage and they happily agreed to take care of the necessary 100k maintenance for no charge to us. Meanwhile, the van I looked at remains unsold ????If you like buying problem cars and being disrespected and bullied, this is a good car lot for that.If youre looking to be treated with respect and kindness, run far away from here.Wherever you go, whatever car you consider, make sure you go into a car lot armed with knowledge about the necessary maintenance on the vehicle you want so you dont get scammed ??
