      We had a problem with our Hoover upright vacuum sweeper, so we took it to the Kirkwood Sweeper Shop at 8162 Colerain Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45239 on Saturday. The gentleman who helped us was very nice and explained that he would look at it in the next day or two and if it couldn't be fixed, he wouldn't charge us. He called on Monday morning and said that he was able to fix it and it was ready for pick up. He was so friendly and helpful. He showed us what a comparable model would cost and it was definitely worth fixing. We picked up our sweeper that day, and it is working great. We really appreciated his friendliness and honesty. We would recommend Kirkwood Sweeper Shop and will return there whenever we need any other repairs.
